Who are we?

Eagle Wing Tours is an award winning world class whale watching ecotourism conservation organization. Eagle Wing Tours is a locally owned and family operated business that dedicates its passions and energy into conservation, sustainability, education and research. We are seeking a dedicated and dependable professional with experience in human resources, health and safety and developing + maintaining a positive team culture to join our family.

Your primary location of work will be at our (existing office) to be replaced by a brand new custom built floating office at Victoria’s historic community of Fisherman’s Wharf which will be completed sometime in April 2024. The new office affords many locations and versatile spaces to work in. Some work may occur remotely from home, this is to be discussed.

Salary

Competitive wage range of $23/hr – $27+/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

What we’re Looking For

  1. Sales & Customer Service Expertise: You love engaging with people and can quickly turn inquiries into bookings. Your goal is to maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using reservation systems and point-of-sale systems with ease.
  3. Passion for Marine Wildlife: A basic understanding or deep curiosity about marine life and conservation.
  4. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet guest demand during peak hours.
  5. Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and eager to collaborate with a passionate team of professionals.

When

This is a seasonal contract position from April – November 2025. Specific details can be discussed.

Team

A vibrant team of 40-45 employees during peak season, down to 20 in the off-season, all contributing to making a positive environmental and guest experience.
