Whale Guarantee Program
There are many species of WILD whales and although we see them on more than 95-98% of our trips, sometimes they allude us. Eagle Wing’s whale guarantee program provides additional whale watching trip(s) if you do not see whales on your initial trip. As a result, we will issue our passengers* a “Whale Guarantee”. These guarantees will be accepted at any time with the following conditions attached:
- no expiry date
- No cash value
- Non-transferable (picture ID may be required)
- re-booking must be on a confirmed departure
- Must be validated in office prior to boarding vessel
- We reserve the right to substitute vessels (Goldwing/Eaglewing)
- We reserve the right to alter departure times, cancel any trip due to inclement weather conditions, mechanical problems, or un-forseen circumstances, without prior notice and without liability thereto.
- Tour groups, non-retail rates, & charter bus passengers exempt.

How do we guarantee our whale sightings?
It is our greatest hope & desire that all of our passengers enjoy the time that they spend with us. With a combination of our local knowledge, experience, affiliation with a spotting network, educated guesswork, and sometimes a little luck, most of our customers have the chance to see whales. However, unpredictability is definitely a part of our business.
Eagle Wings' exclusive off-shore hull (Scarab) design which is faster, smoother, & more comfortable is why our success at Eaglewing Tours in sighting whales is a truthful, and industry leading 95-98% from May- October.
- The majority of whale watching companies advertise over 90-95% success rates, we challenge these large corporate companies to show the numbers to prove it!

Seeing a whale in its natural habitat is an awe inspiring and humbling experience. They are wild by nature and roam freely. Their home consists of an area that contains over 500 islands. Their patterns of travel, on occasion, can be rather unpredictable, but when you consider the amazing bio-diversity of wildlife in the Pacific Northwest, it is exciting to wonder just what other critters you could see:
Minke whales lunge feeding, Grey whales traveling, Dall’s porpoise riding off the bow of our boat, Humpback whales breaching, sea lions sun-tanning on the rocky shores, Bald Eagles soaring high above looking for that next fresh salmon…the list is endless!
