Happy Canada Day.
With the corporate group Bath & Beyond, they chartered the boat this evening from 8- 10-30. We had some fun off the Victoria waterfront in Goldwing, our 60′, 1000 horsepower diesel high performance whale watching boat doing some loop-d-loops, and getting people wet. Just having a good time and lots of fun. We came back into the harbour and did a nice harbour tour up the Gorge Waterway under the Johnson Street Bridge, which is currently going to be ripped down within the next calendar year and replaced with something more modern. We made our way back just in front of the Parliament Buildings, where we just sat and listened to some live music. Not to sure who it was but some unidentified musician rapping along and it was soon after that about 10:19pm that the fireworks started. It was a beautiful show, absolutely awesome, one of the better ones I have seen in a great number of years being born and raised in Vicoria. They were about 10min in length and from there we headed back to Fisherman’s Wharf. Lots of fun. Good team building as they have been working very hard at getting ready to open their Victoria store just across the street from Mayfair Mall. Everyone should go check it out.
