Wow! We had a windy start to our trip with 25 knot winds blowing on the Victoria waterfront! Once we rounded Oak Bay, it smoothed out and we made it full speed all the way up Sidney Channel to Pender Island Bluffs. On scene with the whales, we watched as they cruised right along the rock cliffs. We had great views of J2 (Granny) and her extended family. We were the last boat to view the whales and stayed until we  saw my favorite family “the Cookie Crew” J22 (Oreo) and her sons J34 (DoubleStuf) & J38 (Cookie). Fantastic and exciting trip today!
