Beautiful sunset with some of J-pod

Sunset tour started out with a rough ride around the Victoria Waterfront, we had wind going with tide a fun kind of cushioney waves take us to Trial Island. We stopped to see a beautiful bald eagle and a group of harbour seals hanging out on the rocks on the north part of the island. From there we cruised threw Oak Bay and came across the killer whales on the other side if the border half way into Haro Strait. We stopped first to see Onyx L-87 cruise along with Spyden J-8. Next we had a nice visit with J-16 Slick and what we believe was her calf. From there we cruised over and got really nice sightings of Blackberry J-27 and also Polaris and her little calf Star. We stayed on scene watching them as we had a beautiful sunset and we cruised back to Victoria. Round trip 33 nautical miles.
