The tour started off at Albert Head (Witty’s Lagoon) where we saw lots of Harbour Seals at Haystock Islets. From there we continued Southwest out to Race Rocks Lighthouse which was loaded full of Steller Sea Lions, Harbour Seals, half a dozen female Elephant Seals and 4 California Sea Lions !!!!!!! Brilliant views of the Lighthouse with the Olympic Mountains in the backdrop. From Race we continued West past East Sooke Park where we found 6 Humpback Whales close to shore near Secretary Island !!! Whale I.D.’s were found to be BCX1068, BCZ0298, BCY0160, BCX1057 and two others which were not identified as the seas were 4-5 foot out of the West !!!!!
