Took Serengeti out to Race Rocks and saw lots of stellar, California sea lions,lots of harbours seals. Saw about 6 elephant seals at Great Race, and 3-4 juvenile bald ealges and hundreds of pigeon guillemots. Really nice start of the tour. From Race Rocks we followed the shoreline to Whirl Bay stopped in quickly to see the cove then headed west to the Bedfords, Beecher Bay and East Sooke Park all the way out past Sooke continuing for whales past Otter Point, Point no Point, Sheringham all the way to Jordan River. Then headed 5-6 miles off shore into some huge swells with 9-10 foot seas. Then we ran back east and unfortunately we did not see any whales. Round trip 88 miles. Great wildlife show.
